Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please make sure you do so within 24 hours of placing it. All our artwork is created to order and once it's been put into production, we are unable to cancel it.

Returns

Because all our artwork is created to order, we are unable to accept returns. Should your artwork arrive damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at orders@kellyhopterartshop.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the order arrived damaged, please make sure damages are indicated on the receipt you receive from the delivery company and signed by the driver.

Once we've approved your claim, we will ship a replacement to you on an expedited basis.
